This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the Unicoach paid mentorship program. Unimad's core platform tools are currently free and do not require a subscription.
If you purchased Unicoach via full payment, you may request a refund if:
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
If you purchased Unicoach using a split/partial payment option (e.g., paying a first installment and a second installment later), you are not eligible for a refund.
If you decide not to continue after the first call, you may choose not to pay the remaining installment; however, you will not receive the remaining Program benefits/sessions.

Unicoach typically includes a set of initial 1:1 calls (for example, 3–4 one-hour calls) as part of the core delivery.
If you do not book or attend any of the initial 1:1 calls for a continuous period of 3 months, we may treat the Program as cancelled/closed due to inactivity, and remaining initial-call sessions/benefits may be forfeited.
This inactivity rule does not apply to any post-completion support that may be offered (such as short check-in calls, messaging support, or WhatsApp support).
Unicoach pricing may change from time to time. The price you see at checkout or on the Unicoach page at the time of purchase is the applicable price for your purchase.
